Delivery

We despatch from our premises in Hertford, Hertfordshire to all locations across the UK, Europe and worldwide. We offer FREE UK mainland (ex Highlands) delivery service for orders over £100 (ex VAT).  Exact carriage charges will be shown at the checkout after you have entered your delivery address.

Timing

Please allow 1-2 working days for your UK delivery to arrive. All standard deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm from Monday-Friday. As long as the order is made before our cut-off 2pm, there is an option for next-day AM delivery at the checkout for an extra charge.  Please note that all deliveries must be signed for. If no one is at the premises when your order is delivered then the driver will not leave the goods. If you need weekend or same-day delivery please contact us with your enquiry.

Overseas Deliveries

We use DHL or UPS for most of our European customers, standard delivery is 5-7 days.    For worldwide deliveries please contact us on +44 (0)1707 323000 or use our contact page for your enquiry.  Please note there maybe additional LOCAL DUTY AND CUSTOMS CHARGES which need to paid to the courier in advance before receiving your goods.
